About Meedhupparu water aerodrome
Meedhupparu Seaplane Base (VR-MEP) serves Meedhupparu in Raa Atoll, with seaplane services operated by Trans Maldivian Airways.
Like all water aerodromes in the Maldives, operations are daytime VFR only, and conditions on the water — wind, sea state, and tide — decide whether a departure or arrival is comfortable, marginal, or off.
