Refund Policy

1. Overview

Seavion, a business registered and operated under Centauri Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), is a subscription-based map and weather service for seaplane pilots in the Maldives. All payments are processed by Paddle.com (“Paddle”), which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and issues refunds on our behalf, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

2. Subscriptions

Free trial

The Aviator plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

You may request a full refund of any subscription charge — monthly, annual, or a renewal — within 14 days of the charge. To request a refund, contact [email protected] or contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt email.

3. Aerodrome Chart Purchases

Aerodrome compliance charts are one-off digital purchases at $50 each, delivered as downloadable PDF files. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If a chart is defective or materially incorrect, contact us and we will provide a corrected chart or a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle via the “View receipt” link in your confirmation email or at paddle.net. We respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law entitles you to a refund beyond what is described here, those rights apply.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
