1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seavion (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including pilots, operators, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Seavion is a subscription-based aviation chart and data service providing information about water aerodromes, platforms, mooring buoys, runway data, and related aviation information for the Maldives. The Service is intended as a planning and reference tool to support aviation operations.

Important: Seavion is a supplementary tool only. It is not a substitute for official aeronautical charts, NOTAMs, or other certified aviation publications. Always consult official sources before conducting flight operations.

3. Subscription Tiers and Access

The Service is offered under several subscription tiers (Free, Seafarer, Drone, Pilot, Operator). Access to features and data layers depends on your active subscription tier. Tier-gating is enforced server-side; attempting to circumvent access controls is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Subscriptions are billed on the cycle agreed at sign-up. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Operator fleet licences are subject to separate pricing agreed directly with Seavion.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@seavion.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You may not share your account with others unless covered by a fleet licence agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, Seavion makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Aerodrome data, runway geometry, and weather information are provided for reference only.

The Service is not certified for operational use. Users must independently verify all information through official channels before making operational decisions. Seavion accepts no liability for decisions made based on data obtained through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seavion and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any aviation incidents.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by or licensed to Seavion. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary data beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
